Keto friendly pizza!
I started back on the Keto diet a few weeks ago, and started making some of my fav tried and true keto recipes.
The one I have made a few times now, and even my partner has enjoyed is the keto pizza.
What you’ll need:
For the crust: 8oz of Cream Cheese 2 Eggs 1/2 cup of Parmesan Cheese 1TBSP of Italian seasoning
For Toppings and sauce: Jar of low carb marinara sauce 8-10oz of Shredded Mozzarella cheese Pepperoni (if desired, or choose whatever toppings you like)
Cooking Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Use a large baking sheet and spray with a non stick spray. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, eggs, parmesan cheese and italian seasoning. Mix till blended. Pour bowl mixture onto baking sheet. Place in oven for 20-25 minutes till slightly golden brown. Let crust cool for 5 minutes. Pour half of the marinara sauce on the crust, then put on mozzarella and other toppings you’d like. Put back in oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Let cool for a few minutes before cutting and enjoy!
