KETO Shortbread Cookies
6 TBSP of grass fed butter
2 1/2 Cups of almond flour
1/2 Cup of keto approved sweetner
Splash of vanilla extract
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.
Use mixer to blend butter and sweetner, then add in vanilla extract and almond flour. Once all blended, use a spoon to put the dough onto baking sheet.
Put in oven for 15 minutes or till edges are browned.
Let cool all the way down and enjoy!
